Do we need to stay in the same job after GC?

I was just wondering about the ins and outs of after I get my GC. I am about to AC 21 to a new employer. Once the GC is aproved, do I need to stay with my new employer for a certain amout of time? If I don't, can I take any job?

So, after 6 months can I take any job I want in the US that is unrelated to my profession (Agronomy) like truck driver?
