Do We need to always apply for Advance parole to travel abroad, when I 485 is pending?

I\'m on H1 and visa stamped. GC is sponsored by the same employer. Do I need to apply for AP to travel abroad?

If you have a Valid H1 with Valid I94, you don\'t have to Get AP. Did you apply for EAD ? If you did, then you might have get an AP

My I 94 and H1 visa are valid and work with H1....

as long as you are NOT using EAD to work ...

you can travel on H-1 or H-4 visa, even if you had applied for EAD. Having EAD card does NOT invalidate your H1 or H4 status.
