Do we need OCI for family

Hi All
We recently got our US citizenship. We are Born in India and recently got US citizenship. Our kids are born here in US and they are US citzien also.
we are planning to return back to India for good. hence i have questions
1) does parents need OCI?
2) does kids need OCI?
3) we are planning to return to India in May for schooling purpose. we just applied for surrender certificate and San Francisco and SF is tellling that they outsource the OCI process to outside company. now we have only 2 months in our hand. We need to go back to India iN may for school admissions. so what are the options we have now?

you all should apply for OCI. if you think time is less to get OCI approved when you are in US then get PIO or Entry visa for all and you all can apply OCI while you are in India.
