Do we have to print G325a and I-693 in colored paper?

G-325A should be printed on white only. Doctor fills I-693 papers, not you.

Yes. The Doctor will fill I-693 and give to you in a sealed cover.

While making the appointment ask the doctor

whether you need to bring the 693 forms. It does not hurt to have a form filled up with details (so that the typist or the secretary can easily type up another copy of the form) and have additional unfilled forms while going to see the doctor.
