do v get an rfe if v hav a child in the USA after filing 485?

accidentally opened my big mouth and asked the iio if v need 2 advise ins of birth of a child in this country (i had called up for address change). any idea guys, if they will issue an rfe bcos of this?

If the child was born here...

file for SSN and US passport. Your 485 does not need to be modified for an US citizen.

I asked my lawyer

and according to her it is not required, to modify 485 if you have child after filing it.
