Do I need visa stamping.

I entered US in 1998 on student visa, later got H1 and started working.
I visited India during 2003 and got H1 visa stamp in my passport for company A, valid till oct 2005. I transfered my H1 to company B after coming back from india and then to company C. I'm planning to visit india again during september-october. Do I need to get H1 stamp in my passport for my current company, company C?

1 if you have valid Visa stamp in your passport with any company name then you dont need to get new Visa stamp just show Valid Visa stamp AND recent H1 approval at POE , you will get new I-94 till H1 approval notice check your I-94 date at POE
2 If you dont have valid Visa in passport then get Visa stamp before you come back to US
