Do I need to transfer my I-485 to CSC? Thanks!

I am a cancer researcher working in a medical school. My NIW based I-140 application was approved by VSC several months ago. I-485 for my wife and I were filed to VSC a month ago and receipts were received. But I got another job offer from a medical school in California recently and I will work in the same field.

My question is: Do I need to ask VSC to transfer my case to CSC? Or simply only file a ¡°Change of Address¡± to National Service Center, and let VSC to continue to process our application?

Any advice is highly appreciated!

"File change of address with VSC" Do you mean I only let VSC know I change address instead of asking for transfering case. Will VSC automatically forward my case to CSC once they know my address changed? Thanks!
