Do I need F-1 after file I-485?

I filed I-485 with my husband (he is the primary applicant) in Nov. Got the receipts, AP was approved. Now I am H-1B. I might start my MBA full time in next May or September. If my green card has not been approved by then, do I need apply for F-1 student visa?

Apply for EAD

EAD is like a temporary green card. You can do whatever you want.

Even if you did not have I485 application, you still do not need to apply for F1 while you are on H1B.
