Do I have a chance to get Citizenship

They will look at the specific name and number of the statute under which you were convicted. If it is classified as deportable, your naturalization will be denied, and then they could deport you in the near or distant future, depending on their deportation resources and priorities.

If you want an answer regarding deportability before you submit the police report, show the court documents to an immigration lawyer.

That was the code on the paper court docket.
No blood or anything just that leg red mark. Drop to a misdemeanor.
Sad thing is the sml town I'm at has no immgration lawyers. I've called around.
It even says that on the court docket I submitted. Is there a website I can read or so?
I'm sure the io saw that code and automatically denied me? But I passed my test and on the letter she just marked passed test but didn't mark waiting on paperwork or so.
I know you might be getting tired answering me but your the first one I had talked to that had been around this and all. If you can point me to a website or anything would be helpful

The code you cited does not match up with the situation you described all that well. The cited PC section may have been a starting point but could easily have been altered afterwards. You need a legal professional to closely examine the court paperwork to figure things out.

See thats what I thought when I read the code. But that was what on the court docket.
The cop told her they had to take me in because of the red mark she has on her leg and plus she called. Cause my ex at the time was trying to say she doesnt wanna actually go throught with it cause it was a heated moment.
Well that's what's on the police record also. So what are my options does that code automatically demmed deportable or deny and try again in 5 years. the lawyer I called is 4 hours away and he didnt seem like he wanted to take the case. Just told me to call if they deny or give you problems.

I'm stuck in a limbo. Searching the net 24/7.
Thank you. I know you teo have been around to see this cone abd go. I hope I gave a slight chance .

Don't ask the lawyers to "take your case". Just ask them for a one-time, one-hour consultation to listen to your situation, look at the court documents and police report and advise you on deportability and naturalization eligibility. If the lawyer isn't local, you can scan and email or fax the relevant documents to them and then have the consultation over the phone.
