They will look at the specific name and number of the statute under which you were convicted. If it is classified as deportable, your naturalization will be denied, and then they could deport you in the near or distant future, depending on their deportation resources and priorities.
If you want an answer regarding deportability before you submit the police report, show the court documents to an immigration lawyer.

That was the code on the paper court docket.
No blood or anything just that leg red mark. Drop to a misdemeanor.
Sad thing is the sml town I'm at has no immgration lawyers. I've called around.
It even says that on the court docket I submitted. Is there a website I can read or so?
I'm sure the io saw that code and automatically denied me? But I passed my test and on the letter she just marked passed test but didn't mark waiting on paperwork or so.
I know you might be getting tired answering me but your the first one I had talked to that had been around this and all. If you can point me to a website or anything would be helpful
