Your PD (as you said) is November 2001. The current cutoff is January 2002. You're fine.

Check your I-140 approval notice, It will have your priority date. If that date is earlier than 01/01/2002, then you are fine.

Same here. Subs labor with PD 1999, I485 ND in 10/03. FP done in Nov 04. Please keep updating any developments in your case after 01/01/05.

140 not approved yet, but I got FP notice. on FP notice, it say PD 12/08/2004, RD 12/08/2004.

Does this mean that my PD is 12/08/04, instead of the date of filing LC?

I don't know about that. Your PD is nothing but your Sub. labor filing date, unless it is different in your I-140 approval notice.

Not sure about PD in FP notice. Check with your attorney why PD has the same date as RD. Does it have any significance?
