Im a conditional resident until august next year, i got married on sep 2008. me and my wife are having some trouble and she wants the divorce. what are the options i have so i dont get removed. if she files for divorce what should i do, do i have to remove the conditions based that i enter the marriage on a good faith and if i do this when should i do it? right after signing the divorce or next year 90 days before the expiration of the green card.

You have to submit an I-751 when your conditional status is 90 days from expiring or your divorce is finalised. Whichever occurs first.
