I am a USC and married a girl from India sometime back and she got her GC 3 years back. But looks like she was trying to use me to become US citizen, as I found some of her e-mails written to her college sweet heart, in which she mentions about getting divorce from me after becoming a citizen. Looks like she was acting in front of me, as if she loves me, and trying to get into US. If I divorce her in India, will I be able to abandon her GC. PLease advice, I feel like being cheated.
