i just wanna ask a quick question for my sis, she ( dv winner ) got here wit her husband ( married in sg 2002 ) to united states on nov 04. they've been together untill now. they got now unresolve issue between them n file for the divorce at the court. in agreement, her husband agreed to pay 2000 monthly for the next 25 yrs to her upon signing on divorce to b final. yesterday, she said she got a letter from the court saying that 'judgement status unsatisfactory' by mentioning the amount he agreed to pay and place of their mirrage, so they dun really know why it's unsatisfactory untill they go to court on next tuesday ( mon closed) to find out about it. but i have a feeling that divorce can't b done as place of mirrage is not within united states. does any1 have any idea about it? any suggestion from you guys is really more than appreciated as we need urgent help... the prob is her husband is having an affair and wanna get rid of her by paying monthly... she's suffering everyday so the sooner the better... she just want the divorce to b legal .. pls help us out . thank much in advance.
