Can someone please tell where can I see district processing times pdf file for May 2008?

What pdf file? Are you referring to the update from April that apply to last summer's applications only?

this link shows 6 month time for Pittsburgh PA but their website says July 2007 which is 10 months. don't know which one is right?

Technically either is correct since pdf file shows that all applicants from last summer will be done by September 2008 (since 6 months from last summer is December-January) and the current processing times posted indicate they are currently (May15) processing July 29th applicants. So from now till September 2008 they expect to cover all applicants between July 29 ~ August 2007.
