If the only difference is that one of them has a zero followed by 8 digits, and the other has the exact same 8 digits but without the zero, that's not a real difference.
If she's not applying for anything else immigration-related before the interview (I assume if she wanted employment authorization she already applied for it together with the I-485), she doesn't need to do anything about this now. But it should be pointed out at the interview, so the interviewer can immediately take steps to sort it out and hopefully avoid more problems such as the I-485 approval being delayed because it's not properly connected to the I-130 due to the different A-numbers.
