Did anybody got AP from NSC?

Getting AP from NSC, have a question related to my recent H1 travel

My wife's and my AP document was approved and is being mailed our address as per CRIS email update.

Both of us re enterted the US in early November this using our L1 and H1.

Our travel out was started and completed after we applied for the AP.

Is the approved AP we are getting now still valid?

I remember reading in this forum that the AP is deemed invalid if we travel out and re enter before its approval , and that we need a fresh AP application for future if we will use our EAD.

Please clarify.
 
AP approved- email received

Got an email from USCIS that AP was mailed yesterday. RD- August 6th, 2007. NSC
 
Got original in hand

AP approved Nov. 08, 07 Got original in hand Nov. 14, 07 took 6 days including weekend and Nov. 12th, 07 -holiday.

did u apply AP 1st time ? People who have RD between july 20 to 30 didn't get AP approval from NC. Howcome you got it?
