Hi Folks,

In your response to RFE. Did you provide detailed job responsiblity in your employment letter?

I recently sent the RFE with just my title (upgraded/promoted from former title) without detailing the same responsiblity. Anybody had similar experiences?

Has anyone submitted addtional info in addtion to the first response to RFE. Will that complicate things?

My attorney (in conjunction with my employer's attorney) sent in a job title. Case got transferred and I've been waiting for 8 months now. Sorry to give bad news - so remember, your case may be different.
