Desperate For advice!!!

Hi There

Thank you for reading my thread. Ok - so, i got married only a few weeks ago. I'm a US citizen and got married to a friend from the UK that came over on holiday on the vwp. I say friend but i fell madly in love with her!. I was thinking about proposing when she came over on holiday but when she got here and we spent just even the first day together after not seeing each other for 5 years i just Knew we had to get married, i want her to be my life... forever! anyway i don't want to see her go home!.

How do i got about applying for Adjustment of status for my wife?... I have searched through the threads and there are a few that is kinda related to what is going on with us. I got a copy of the forms i need to fill in and also the fees. I'm really uncertain about where i go, where we both go from here?. Her tourist visa will run out soon? then she will be here illegally right?. I'm so worried!. Could anyone point me in the right direction for advice? . All i have read is bad stuff!.

Please Help!
 
They need to fix the glossary or we may need to change our usage of the acronym if that is how authority interprets.

So is this the first thing i need to apply for? What's and I I30 is it? form? Do i need to apply for this first? Then AOS ? Sorry, i'm not exactly sure!. So if this is applied for before her Visitor Visa runs out she is ok to stay? pending the application?.

Hi, You can call USCIS form line and request the adjustment of status package, it contains all the forms that you need to change her current status, such as i-130 (initial relative petition -YOU), i-485 (change of status) ,i-765 (employment authorization,) biometics forms for both of you, medical and advance parole in case she needs to go on a qucik trip to england. You can file all of these con-currently if you can afford the fees .

But please read the insturctions it might be alot to go through but do it yourself , it gives you a better understanding of what you are doing. And best of luck to both of you.
