Derivative shown in 2NL but not CEAC

Hi , I would like to know why my 2NL shows all the applicants to be scheduled for an interview which are 3 (principal+wife+child), but in CEAC the Visa status only shows 2 ? Could this face me a problem for one of the derivatives in the consular interview?
