My mom has a deportation master hearing. I expect to get the citizenship in six to 12 months. After I got my citizenship I can apply a green card for her. My question is that what options do I have at the master hearing? Can I tell the judge that please waiting until I get my citizenship, then I can apply for green card for her? My lawyer suggests applying asylum for her at the master hearing. Please provide your advice. My mom is 74 years old and has no home in her home country?

Sorry to hear that. Well, they are deporting everybody, even 14 months old infants, they don't even read cases they don't give a dam.
There are cases, that kids had being deported, in there country with no home and no one to care about them.
Well most of you don't know this because you don't have to read about this .

over stay her b2 visa.

I think u should talk more with your lawyer. He should have an idea what sort of relief would be available to your mom. If he say asylum is the way to, ask him what are the chances that she gets approved. If there are positives of them approving her for asylum, then go with. In the least, he/you can keep appealing the asylum case.

Good luck!
