Hi Guys,
Any updates from DENVER SESA. I case was applied on 20th DEC 2001. Non-RIR. I heard that they are processing November 2001. Anybody got approval for NOV 2001? Please let us know.

I applied Dec 24th 2002, My Lawyer also says they moved to November 2001, Processing times shows April 2001, mine is NON-RIR, EB2, looks like long journey. who is your lawayer, did you get case no?.my lawyer is

Me too in the same boat. Non RIR EB2. Yes the website shows april 2001 but there are some cases pending in april so they still show as april 2001. My attorney is based in denver itself. The law firm is Stern & Elkind. Lets hope for the best.

I have the same Law firm. They gave me the same info. Looks like they're processing Nov2001 cases.
 
Thanks. Hey do you have any idea about how helpful those backlog reduction centers. I am not sure when my turn will come.. Even though they are saying Nov2001.. I still dont have any hopes..

Nov2001 is real. I know a guy who filed in Oct2001 and got his Ad letter a month ago. Hang on, we might have a few more months to wait.

you know how these things are moving. I spoke to my attorney's office yesterday & was told they are working on cases fm Jan-02. Even I was surprised that cases fm Jan-02 are being worked upon. Again as the official stand is Apr-01, there'll be cases left fm previous months...so, ya, the best would be to get in touch with your attorney & get the latest.

I have applied my labor in colorado and the date was Dec 20th 2001.. I got below email from attorney...

We received some good news in the mail today. We received permission to advertise your position, the next step in the process. Once I have your OK to move forward, I will draft the ad for you to review. The text is set by regulation but I like for you to see if before it is placed. I look forward to hearing from you.

I am not sure how long it will take for this process.. lfgc is correct they are processing 2002 Jan..

definitely it helps to hear fm someone within the group rather than just the attorney's office.
As per my info, the posting has to be kept open for 30 days...then move to Federal...which I believe is current.
KK...keep us posted as things move...so that we can take reqd/appropriate steps w/o delay.

Paralegal will send the ad draft to us today and HR needs to approve. May be starting next week they will put ad for 30 days. I will definately update you guys without failing.

Not sure its the right time, but...thought of checking if anyone has a clue abt Federal Labor.
The official website shows July-04...seems current.
In case anyone knows someone who has gone thru Denver Fed...just to cross chk the data....let us know the timeframe.
This info will help plan out things.
