Hi all,
Am just filling up my N-400 form to become a US citizen. Was wondering whether I need to declare that I have been denied boarding to a US bound flight in Vancouver because Canadian Customs determined that I did not have a correct visa to stay in the US. This happened in 2003 and I have to fly back to my country of origin to apply for the correct since then, I have a L1 business visa and subsequently a US green card. Does this part affect my answer to removal, exclusion or deportation to the US?
Thanks for any help you guys can offer!
