I got my packet 4 in the mail today
still need to read it. has lot of pages. has interview date and also date for medical appointment. does anyone know anything about the medical appointment date?

We r already a small bunch (Delhi CPers) and there should be more samaritan spirit in a smaller group

- Yellow Page Important notice indicating PCC requirements which we have heard so far 2 pcc\'s etc...
- DS-230 I and II for both me and my wife. DS 230 II has a stamp saying "Are you a member of a terrorist organisation Yes /No"
I think all who dont have this form will end up filling it up in India.
- P4 Info packet containing documents reqd
- Instructions for Medical exams
- Info for I-864 filing (not reqd for us) We will be using I-134.
- Immigrant Visa supplemental sheet. And it lists India as one of the countries where thi PCC cannot be obtained. Guess this is overridden by the PCC requirement yellow page enclosed.
- IRS-9003 for self and wife.

Yup.exactly the same list. One difference - the notice indicating PCC requirements is not a Yellow sheet, its White. (also check your private)

I have my interview scheduled on the 15th of Feb but I am having a hard time getting tickets cause it seems all the weekend flights are already reserved. If there are any agents in NY or NJ you have good experiences with then please do let me know.

PCC from CGNY
Thanks Harry about the Info. I have been trying to get to the CGNY since a couple of days but all I get back is an answering machine (732-774-0600). The number they gave me to call back seems not to be functional (212-774-6670). Is there any other number I can call and get through with them.

Does anyone know if I need to obtain a PCC from the Indian consulate or from a police station here in NY? Because I haven\'t lived in India from the age of 15! I have lived here in the U.S. so I should get a PCC from the U.S. Embassy or police station. Am I correct?
