Degree Evaluations for TN Visa

Hello,

I have a BEng from UK and a MASc. Engineering from Canada. I also have over 7 years of experience in Canada, do I need to have my Bachelors Degree evaluated?
If YES, what would be the fastest way to get this evaluation done?

Please advise.
 
It would be best to have it evaluated. Search posts on this board for firms that handle this. WES and UofT are two.
