Degree evaluation - Washington accord

I will be going for my TN hopefully this week to Peace Bridge on Thursday.My BSME is from India and I have a letter from Univ of Toronto that it is equivalent to an Canadian degree.India is even a member of the Washington accord and I have an MS from the US.

I think because I have a letter from Univ of Toronto there should be no problem.

If you have a US degree, why are you bothering with the evaluation of the Indian degree?

If the MS is unrelated to his TN category, he will be relying on the Bach Degree. He should be fine, but the accord merely states that degrees that are accredited in India are acceptible in US.

You still need to present the fact that the Indian degree meets Indian accreditation. Cdns typically need to do this as well when going for H1 or Green card. Not all enginnering degrees in canada are accredited in Canada, and I suspect its the same in India.
