I predict dates for eb3-India will move to between August 2004 and December 2004. eb2-India will remain the same or might move about 3-6 months.
whatever may be the dates on December VB, but that is going to be very real for long time. Before July VB fiasco, they were speculating the numbers, now it is based on actual filing. my 2 cents.

I doubt that there will be much movement. I suspect the dates will remain the same. I think we may see forward movement after Jan.

As people convert their EB-3 to EB-2 and port earlier PD, EB-2, esp. India will move back.
I do not think that many people can be/will be eligible for Eb2.
Definition for qualifying EB2 is not that simple.
Even if some will/have become qualified during retro years, not all employers and lawyers will be that good to offer folks dual 140 facilities. Most Indian consulting companies are game players. For those who have filed case with corporations, it may take a while to justify filing for a second application for the same benificiary unless you are yourself a manager or above that and have some power in hands.
So, although I would consider your point as an interesting one to notice during upcoming bulletin/s; I would not give it way too much consideration.

Our lawyer and us have been and are still juggling all kind of possibilities and we are prepared to handle any and all situations to get ahead in the queue - of course legally!

The day Nov 9th Diwali(Festival of lights) will show me lot of lights at end of the tunnel.
