December 2004 Concurrent filing

Hello lc_needed and july140,

My sincere apologies for the incorrect information. July140. Many thanks for the correction.I got this from a friend of mine who has been here for a very long time on GC. Perhaps this must have been the case earlier and must have changed subsequently.

Too early to expect I140 approval

Guys,

Do you have any idea when can we (Dec'04 concurrent filers) expect I140 approval? Is it still depends on PD? or dec filers are exempted?

Sai,
There is no fixed pattern with NSC -- U may get it soon or U may have to wait a longer time.
Taking the current trends of approvals there is likelyhood of Ur approval between Aug to Dec 2005.

Good luck.... hope NSC accelerates to catch up with other service centers.

Hi Sai,

I heard from one of my colleagues that his I-140 got approved on 4/13/05..... he applied 140 on July, 2004.

Mine is also Dec, 2004 ...... I am expecting my approval in Sept / October 2005 :)

Thanks again KK, I did update table with my info. One question I have LUD on my I140 and I485 on DEC 30th although our FP was done on Feb 14th 2005, Should my FP should have impact on 485 status ?

I did my FP around Jan 17th but LUD did not change but my spouse LUD changed in March mid when she went for Biometrics. HTH

Don't worry I am also in the same boat. Its been almost two months I had my FP but no change in LUD for that .
But after my EAD,AP approval there was a LUD change for 140 and 485.

take it easy, you are with NSC......Every thing is normal.

I-140 approval

Hello Guys,

Lot of you must have seen my posting in this forums, if some of you who are not, I would like to update.
I-140/I-485 concurrent- filed on Oct 20 2004
I-140 approved on Apr 21st 2005.
EB-2 category
Couldn't belevie at first and had to call my employer for the filing status if it was EB-2/EB-3, but it was EB-2. GOD IS GREAT!!! So guys anything can happen, maybe you all will be seeing approvals soon.

Does EB2/EB3 category affect the I140 processing?

My I-140/I-485 was filed on Dec 17th 2004.
 
Hi Kishorch,

I have seen EB3 approvals for July-Aug more than EB2, it seems they are processing EB3 faster than EB2. Don't know the reason.

Thanks for info. Good to see some approvals in the month of December. Good thing is some are approved today only. Thanks and keep updated. I tried to run for December 27th but failed. Will wait somebody can run the same for that day.
