I have seen on the NSC website. they are still processing nov 16, 1999 applicants. is there anybody applied after this date and got the green card. please post you timelines.

Any new development? Officially still they are working 11/16/1999 as per today's processing date.
 
IMHO, they are working on cases post 11/16. Sea_blue is the only one so far who is post 11/16. hopefully will see some more in the near futur.
 
We are waiting on derivate asylum adjustement:

FP 08/21/2003

If someone got AOS with ND in December, please post so we can have hope they are working on December, 1999 cases.

The response time varies from person to person. My status was updated approximately 5 weeks after the RFE was received by Nebraska. Usual response time that I have seen in the forum is approximately 2-3 weeks.

I can't - since people with mid November are getting approved. You seems to be kind of left behind. Did you get RFE, or something else was missing?

I have usually seen progress or request for RFE around 4 months or so after the FP is done...Since the FP was done less than two months ago and don't forget it was holiday season also, so nothing to worry about ..... that is just my observation...

Got FP notice for Sep 2001

Hi everyone,
This is a great forum. I have found this site 2 days ago and must say it is nice to share with others. I have gone through the threads and couldn't help contributing.
I read lot of guys are now receiving FP notices . I don't know what's happening ....coz i got one too. Don't match with the INS web site processing timelines though..

Asylum approval 08/2000
I-485 ND: 11/2001
Got fingerprint notice today..
Don't know what's next?
 
ya, alot of people are receiving the fingerprint notices. I know 3 people who have have i485 RDs 2 years in between, but they received the fingerprint notice within the same week. (they live in the same house)
 
my FP notices

I live in Texas and my friend is in California. My I-485 receipt date was 6/2001 while his was 5/2000. He received his FP notice last month and I got back two weeks ago. His appointment occured last week and mine is about two weeks from today. I have no idea what schedule INS is on. Unless they're sorting out cases (or perhaps even, "profiling") by region/countries, I can't see any other reasons why some of you here (receipt date of 2000 or earlier) haven't gotten your FP notices...
