Dec 2002 RD filers waiting for FP2

Dec 02 Filer - Still waiting for FP2.

Hi All,

RD: 12/05/2002
ND: 01/15/2003
FP1:02/28/2003
No RFE, No FP2.

The LUDs for self/wife changed on 06/14/2004 but nothing moved after that.

Your dates are almost same as mine. My wifes date are also the same.
RD=12/13/02 ND=01/16/03 FP1=02/28/03 LUD=06/14/04
Quite a number of people with similar dates have got thier FP2 in July/Aug and some of them even got their approvals also.
I also wonder why we have missed the boat. As some of the gurus have suggested address change or EAD or AP application are ways to trigger some action.

Yes. Our files are in VSC. However we recently moved to an address which is comming under NSC. I have filled AR11. I do not know if they will transfer the files to NSC or continue to process at VSC.

I will keep this thread updated on any deveopments.

FP2 Not sent

Hi Guys, i am also waiting for Fp2 on my app.My i-140 is also still pending from oct 2002 and 485 from dec 2002.

No Changes in LUD either.Hoping for simultaneous approvals :eek: .
Keep it up guys.we all should see approvals may be b4 thanksgiving...atleast hope so...
 
sai73, I think you should call them on your I140.

My wife applied for EAD renewal. With that her 485 LUD changed last week. But no movement at all thereafter. LUD of her EAD changed a couple of times but no status message change. I do not know what on earth they are looking at and taking such a long time to approve even her EAD.

I-140 ND= Oct 02.(Eb2) & no response.
I have been placing inquiries from lawyer for last 4-5 months-everymonth.Tried contacting congressman,senator and still no response, No RFE, or LUD change date- No Response. I am totally lost, :confused: don't know what more to try? No LUD or 2nd FP on 485 also.just hoping help from almighthy...
I pray for E'body to get approved soon...

My wife got an RFE on her EAD today. They have touched her 485 also. Hope they will pull my dusty file out and at least send us FP2. :confused:

No change in my case. They have send an RFE for my wife's EAD. Her 485 LUD also has changed. Hope this will trigger some action on our cases.

Hello RD1202,

Just saw the processing time for VSC. The I485 date has been moved to June 01, 2003 as of today. So I talked to UCICS Cust serv...she told that my case has been transferred to Local office, and they are processing cases recd around Nov 11 2002. So one more month to go before we get a call!

Nothing changed on the website though!!

Thanks for the Update. Which local office they are talking about.
For them to process our applications next month or so they need to send us FP2 ?.
