I was offered an entry level job but not sure if I can get a TN for it. It was called a "Skilled Data Entry" position. Just looking to see if it can fit in any of the professions or if I should keep searching. The description is as follows:
Job Summary:
Applicants must be highly organized and adaptable, possessing the ability to handle multiple duties within established deadlines. Additionally, candidate requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, consistently demonstrate dependability, have above average computer skills and be able to work in multiple applications and databases.
Responsibilities:
The Claims Processing Analyst’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Timely and accurate processing of First Notice of Loss submissions for the US Claims department for multiple lines of business
• Electronic indexing of claims mail through the document management system and initiating workflows to appropriate recipient
• ISO Reporting
• Entry and filing of W9 tax forms
• Certified Mail processing and mailing
• Printing and mail fulfilment on regular mail items
• Prepare and scan all incoming claims mail from USPS
• Entry of claims related expense payments
• Data entry of non-panel expense invoices into the litigation expense management system
• Entry of policy information from a report into claims operating system on all new claims
Education and Experience:
• College degree preferred
• Insurance experience preferred
• Data entry experience preferred

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, both internal and external
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills exercising appropriate discretion in dealing with people from all levels of the Company and external parties
• Ability to build effective working relationships (internally/externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group.
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs
• Able to organize self including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
• Ability to think logically and analyse situations. A problem solver
• Adhere to company policies/procedures as well as being adaptable to new information and procedures
• Experience working in EPIC Premier ConceptOne application
• Experience working in ImageRight Document Solution
• Experience working in Guidewire/Claim Center
