Ayansgp thanks for your file for 01-257 , i will add it to the next version.

Now abt the splitting efforts, let start taking responsibilities for running rescans.
I am creating a table ,pls post your id and claim which data range you would and then start rescanning and post your weekend results.

I have divided the data based on approximately 1000 unapproved cases.

What is the valid range?

I am running the 485 macro for SRC01-246. I would like to know what is the valid range.

I am planning to scan from src01246-50000 -- src01246-59999. Is this the complete range ??? I will post the results to this site after I complete this task.

From my intial scans -- I find that only about 10% of the cases in a given range are 485 cases. So the majority of the effort will be to gather a list of valid src numbers. Once this is done, rescanning more frequently for updates should be easier.

Usually the valid range have been from 50001 to 56000.
But on certain dates , there have been cases beyond 56000

yes the initial scan is the challenging & frustrating part.

Now bear in mind, there are already 56 cases for SRC01-246 found by ukr, so you might want to find cases other than those.

- 84 approvals for Nov 03, Lot of days to be re-scanned as yet.
- Good news is in around late Aug 01. with 29 & 14 approvals
for SRC 01-255 & SRC 01-256.

Security is in the Tools-->Macro-->Security. We should remove the summary sheet before scanning otherwise it keeps calculating all the cells every time a value is changed in any of the cell.

Attached file has the data from running the macro.

I found that if u are connected to the internet via dial-up it is possible to get around the blocking due to too many queries, since each time u log in a different ip address is assigned. So if anyone is planning to run the macro they can run a range of 1000 receipt numbers, disconnect, reconnect and run the next 1000 and so on. A bit tedious, but seems to work.

Beyond src0124655500 I suspect there are not too many I485 petitions, but I am not sure.
