Dallas BEC Approval Queue Tracker

Hi
I comepletly agree with you, even I think Fina; review is justvterminology they used generally. As I have seen others getting similar answers but no approvals.
Most of it I think they use it when they receive the reply from the candidates.
So lets relax and see what happens next.

i honestly believe final review is a general broad term. i think it means, once the 45 days letter is returned back to BEC with an ok to continue, they put ur case in the processing queue and they call it final review. this final review can take yrs or months according to how many people r ahead of u in the queue. therefore, i think final review is not that critical and is a very elastic term that BEC uses. any other opinion?

finally

check this , finally BEC is processing for sure.

congratulations Antonio on your approval.Enjoy your freedom, good luck on your I140 and 485.My feeling is that EB2 cases are getting cleared faster compared to EB3. DBEC is trying make life difficult for EB3 category. This is just my opinion.

There is no difference (or Category) when it comes to LC.. EB2/3 only comes to picture when you apply I-140..

If this is true than FIFO does not exist..

But how come none of our friends here are getting any approvals?

ZB,
That may be a special handling case. Based on info given by GCNoway, his lawyer confirmed 22 approvals with PD's from Apr01 to May02. So may be time to touch base with ur lawyer again.

Posting from M***** forum

To share with everybody,

I received the AEC approval (RIR) two days ago. My original application date was June 13, 2002 (location San Francisco). The '45 day' letter was received from Dallas beginning of January 2005.

Now I have to decide which way to go: adjustment of status or consular processing. Any suggestions?

Stella

Congrats Its time to RUM RUM
File concurrent immediately, have benefit of EAD which is better than CP
and also CA processing is taking less than 6 Months
All the best and its time to RUM RUM

I believe what Icarus is saying and we can expect 2 to 3 weeks overlaps for delay in snail mail and communication from Attorneys.
Keep patience next is your turn and Party time for us.

no clue

Hi Everyone,
I have been following this forum for a while. It was a little depressing until recently, but I've started seeing approvals and positive information and I'd like to congratulate everyone who got approvals, or very close to getting one. I am a little embarrased to ask this, since my application date is October 2004. But I'm still curious and would like to understand where my case status is. I am under RIR/EB2/Marketing from Chicago. I have no case number or 45 days letter. Which e-mail address can I e-mail to get the case number for example?

Thank you all and good luck!

Quite Far away , Expect Delay of 8 to 12 months
Sending email does not help, since they are yet to enter into system for 2004
Have Patience , Everybody will recieve 45 day letter and if i were you I dont worry at this point.

Hi,

sorry if I don't replay to all your questions correctly.
So, my PD is 13/Jun/2002. It was LC RIR application filed in San Francisco. I belong to EB2 category, working in a biotech company as a scientist (PhD level).
As far as I know my case was not 'special' in any way. I'll check with the attorneys whether they received any May approvals and post the answer sometime this week.

I wish you all luck and speedy approvals.

Stella

i think 8 to 12 months is too much for an RIR case in dallas bec. i believe it is less like 3 to 4 months instead. why? bcs the total number of RIR cases in dallas BEC (both regonal and state) is around 50000 cases.around 20000 cases are now waiting for final review or processing.

in dallas BEC probably there r like 120000 cases of non-rir cases.the processing of RIR cases is much faster than the one of non rir therefore the already entered 20000 cases of regional will be cleared fast, therefore in order to keep the RIR queue full i think BEC will enter the remaining 30000 cases of RIR as soon as possible. in addition ICARUS said at the beginning the deadline to enter all data is march 2006 so 10 months from now and DOL said before they will finish data entry by sep 2005 (5 months from now) so it is somwhere in between. just my analysis.

Ok i will reduce my estimate by 2 Months :) Just kidding

Antonioa77,

Your estimate seems to be good but I think that is only for data entry. If the question asked by Chicago_blues is about 45 day letter, then Yes, the worst case scenario according to your calculations is 5-10 months. But if it is about getting the final approval, it could be much more. There is 45 day letter to be generated and sent and replied and entered and analyzed and recommended and certified and mailed and received !

My one cent...(Saving one for the rainy day)

Can you please confirm, whether your lawyer recieved the approval confirmation as email and if so was it a response to a status request?

Can you also do me a favour and find out more information about the May 2nd 2002 case that your lawyer got approval for, like what was the approval date on that case and what is the Case type RIR EB2/EB3?

Thanks
ZB

My Attorney is one of the big shot attorney in west cost. He has some internal contact in DOL & that is how he got information of approvals ( I believe Verbal Communication). He has about 400 cases pending in BEC & out of those 22 have been approved.

As per his last email, we should be receiving our LC by mail next week as Dallas BEC will mail out load of approval from June 1st.

I will try to find info on May case as you said. Also EB3/2 does not have any value addition at LC stage.
