LC certified on DOL website

Folks,

This is my first posting. I have been checking this forum for some time.
Patience finally pays.

The website shows my case as certified today. Details are:

Sep/2001 - PD, filed as RIR under EB3
Jun/2003 - Remanded, transfered to NON-RIR
Dec/2005 - Received/Responed 45 day letter
Untill 18-Jan-2007 - Online status shows 'TR'
Morning: 19-Jan-2007 - Online status shows 'RIR'
Afternoon: 19-Jan-2007 - Lawyer emails request to convert RIR
Morning: 5-Feb-2007 - Online status shows 'In Process'
Afternoon: 5-Feb-2007 - Online status shows 'Certified'

I am from California:

My case starts with: D-05136-XXXXX

Still a victim of retrogession :(

Did you or your lawyer receive any instructions about the recruitment ad or have to do any recruitment after this "Afternoon: 19-Jan-2007 - Lawyer emails request to convert RIR" ?

Thanks,
Jan.

:)

I have seen this trend now. Cases which were originally filed as RIR and had all recruitment efforts done but were forced to the TR queue have been put back to RIR queue again. Looks like BECs just want to finish all these cases. There is a good chance that they will be able to keep up with the deadline of Sept 2007

Mine too.....See the new thread i started withdrawn case, approved by BEC.
First RIR under 2001 and then voluntarily withdrawn and refiled under TR in 2003.

The 2001 case number got certified.

Did you get the approval letter from the DOL?

Finally, oh my GOD!!! the prettiest sight in the world. My case states "Certified"

We have been treated so unjustly by the DOL - 5 years 8 months is what it took me. Finally, I am there.

Hope, the next stages go smoothly.

Best of luck to everybody waiting for these dysfunctional departments to do their stuff.

congraz for you.
finally made it.
i'm still in the boat waiting for it and mine is on aug. 2001 pd.
but now shows TR and notified dol regarding mistake instead of RIR process type to TR. hasn't changed yet.
so waiting still continues with TR process type & inprocess as status.

lets see.

ScreenShot from DBEC

Has anyone got response from Dallas BEC by sending an email to 'h1b7yr@dal.dflc.us' ? Please let me know.

Thanks.

DBEC only replies to employers or lawyers

From my past experience, DBEC did not reply to individual's request, but the employers or the lawyers. I sent such a request for several times for my 9th year H-1B extension, but DBEC never responded. However, I asked my lawyer to send the request, it was responded in an hour to the lawyer.

I did, I sent email to DFLC Information [info@DAL.DFLC.US] and they sent me back an email with status of the case.

Thanks,

Thanks H1Babu. How long did they take to respond to your email? Was it recent?

Terminator2004,
Congratulation.

My LC carried a Certified date of May, 2006, and online status showed as Certified around September, 2006, but my lawyer received it at Oct, 2006.

I think in one day. Infact, i was frustrated on night and sent the email and went to bed. Next morning I saw the reply from the DBEC.

Good Luck,
H1Babu

Hello Terminator,

My case is very similar EB2-TR-CA-Dec2002 and with DBEC. Applied for conversion to PERM in July 2006. Still waiting for any response from Chicago center or from DBEC. THe case status is "In PRocess" both in DBEC and the PERM. Its more than 7 months now. Is there anything that can be done or just cross your fingures and wait?

I truely appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Thanks,
H1Babu

The 9% number seems to be strange. Most people in my company with PD 06-07/2001 are still pending with RIR status. Some with later PDs got it certified. I doubt that this number includes all converted RIR cases after Jan. 2007.

According to http://www.immigration-law.com/ only 9% RIR cases left at DBEC.

Has anyone from indiana gotten his/hers approval?

Still waiting after 3 1/2 years. :).

immigration-law got data from our excel spreadsheet, just compare it's data with the latest excel in "BEC Priority Date Tracker" forum.
From the pace of the approvals seems that all RIR cases will be certified in couple of weeks, so sit tight and just wait for your turn, it will come very soon :)
