amitkr20,

I'm still waiting and my priority date is Oct'03 as well. Please see my signature for the details..

Hello,

I am also in the situation where I didn't see any visibility.

My PD is entered wrong in Dallas BEC as Oct'2004 instead of Oct'2003 .Mine is filed in Illinois and RIR/EB2 went to regioanl Chicago in July 2004.

45 day letter received in Feb '05 and attorney and company peopel didn't look at it carefully, they wrongly prointed my PD sdate as Oct'04. Now when I checked the status with the attorney, they lookd the letter and agrred theat there is a mistake in 45 day letter.

This was found in Oct'05, Attorney is sending letters, talkign with Dol.But so far no success. It is the Dol fault

I don't know when my Labor can be approved???

God only knows .Attorney is saying,he is trying his best

Very much depressed

labor approved

thanks to all for the great inputs and information all the way. wishing you all best of luck.

pd: jan 30, 2004

Hi S_Chicago,

Thanks for the data.

Can you do one more favor. Can youestimate how many RIR regional applications are with DallasBEC from Mar 2004 to Sep 2004. I guess more than half should be in Philly BEC.

I estimate, it should be less than 1000, as I recall, the last regional RIR cases sent byTexas were from Dec 2003 and by California were from Feb 2004. These are the main States sending to DBEC.

If less than 1000, in hay days of DBEC in October/November 2005, they were processing almost 1000 cases a week I think. Then, all RIR cases that did not have any RFE should clear up within this month or max mid Feb.

Thanks

Hope, dBEC can complete all RIR regional cases by end of FEB' 06 max.

You are right. # of cases from my post is shared between the 2 BECs.
So all the RIR regional cases with no RFE should be cleared by mid Feb.
Here is the # of cases from Mar to Sep' 04. About half of them went to dBEC.

3 2004 854 42657
4 2004 603 43260
5 2004 530 43790
6 2004 518 44308

Call a certifying officer -

Gurus, does any one know any way of calling a certifying officer? I want my lawyer to speak to the Certying officer - is that possible/feasible? Did any one of you have had any experience in this regard?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

you can try this

Bimmer, What does "NOF: Employer Existence Check Failed in 45 DL" mean ? Did you do anything to resolve this issue ? Maybe this is the reason the certification is getting delayed. However, my friend did not get this in her 45D letter.

Can we ourselves do it?

Congrats RAM4GC & OrangeCounty, it is good to see March 04 approvals. My PD Mar 02 2004, I am hoping to hear from lawyer/HR anytime now, I moved after my LC was filed and did not inform DBEC about the address change so I will not receive anything in mail.

RP.
Can we inform the BEC about address change ourselves or rely on lawyer. And can we call the certifying officers ourselves and see whether our case is approved.Any inputs

Contact CO by phone

Hey ivyperfume - thanks a bunch. Do you know if a lawyer (or my employer) could contact the certifying officer by phone? Or if there's a formal procedure for that?

If people started calling the certifying officers for status or other silly reasons it will slow down the entire process. I don't think they will entertain the calls from the applicants.

Need some Help!!!

Hello All,

I see that the approval Q has gone to March 04.
My PD is 12/29/03 and I'm still waiting for my LC.

My Employer got the 45 day letter in Feb 05 and he replied it on the same day.

I talked to my Attorney & Employer and they haven't heard anything from DOL.

Is there anyway to get the status?

does anyone had this problem?

Out company attorney didn't recieve original ETA. But he recieved the letter saying my ETA has been approved and attaching the original ETA. But there was no ETA attached?

Our company attorney is trying to contact the DBEC. Anyone experienced the same problem? How did your attorney contact them? over phone or fax?
How many days it took to get the approved ETA from DBEC after contacting?

Any info on this will be very much helpful to me.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry I don't know.

I got the same question on my 45th day letter. The problem was that we moved offices to another state, that's why we had to submit our new address, articles of incorporation and other requested documents they listed on the 45th day letter. They should list all those docs on your letter too.
