Based on your posting, I should got LC approved letter. Because I got and replied 45 day letter at the end of December 2004, and earlier than your colleague. I am also in Texas. My case number is: D-04260-*****. Could you make sure your news is right. I hope so, if that I will be next luck one.

The news is right, what is your PD

Details
Type: RIR
PD: May 2001
State: Texas.
The 45-day letter received and answered in January 2005.

Do you think They'll let Mars use any currency other than USD??

By the way, what will be rate of MAR's currency to USD in 2040?? I am gonna hedge it ...[/QUOTE]

Hey Kanjoos and others

Hey Icarus
So you do check portal and choose to answer few, Thanks.
Ok as per this message you say 12/01 should already been checked on 4/19/05.
As per previous calculations and messages, we were at 4/01 How did it jump to 12/01. If you say it is due to "RIR" then can you make any assumption on when should my case with PD 10/03 should come in "RIR" que.
Kindly answer the question atleast will give some rest to my mind.
As it already thinking that 01 got over in almost 1 or 1 and half month so 02 should be over in same time and then 03 almost in same time..........Damn it doesn't stop thinking
So kindly answer the question.Thank you in advance.

There are very few cases pending between the Huge Dump on 04/30/2001 (April 01 245 Filings) and May 1 2002 (from where the CA Backlog starts)

I expected that after we cross April 2001 then we should jump ahead to May 2002 in about 15 days.

Dont expect that speed to continue as the number of pending cases is huge from May 2002 onwards.

So here is the adjusted forecast for me...

So since this was approved on March 25th,(It is sure as they have seen the faxed approval letter) we can assume that May 01 was getting processed around March 25th (a month ago)

So I think Icarus's statement that they are doing 12/01 cases now (4/19/05) makes perfect sense.

Here is what I am worried about. Is it true that only Texas cases are being processed by the Dallas BEC, and that is why the others in Line (from CA) have not recieved approvals..

Icarus, Please please please answer this one thing maan.

:(

Oh all knowing Icarus

Ok at least more knowing Icarus... if you're prone to embarassment from such titles - whats the deal with Philly BEC. I know you're insight is kinda limited to the Dallas BEC but is your insider able to throw any light on the darkness thats called Philly BEC ???

Thanks -

Zany....I thought this was new one....

Zany,

Yeah, I know he gave details. But Actually I got excited as i thought, its again a new case.

But I still wanna hear from ICARUS, which PD is being processed. Hope he comes fast and give us news on that.

Hmmm..you are getting very close Zany....Most likely by middle of May you may tell us more good news.

By the way many more question to ICARUS -

A) Did they increase CO more than 2?
B) Are analyst team increased?? when is likelyhood of increase?
C) As I see, INDIANA guys are most unfortunate and they are waiting more than any of us . So obviously, whats the status of INDIANA whose cases never reached RDOL.

caution!

First, Nice job ZB,
I sincerely wish your analysis comes out to be true. A googly here, You have counted days based on both BEC, so far we know that is how they are going to work by dividing all the cases equally between two BEC’s. But so far nobody has heard if Philly is doing its part of the job, so probably your prediction might not come out right.
I Apologize to disappoint everybody.
I most certainly wish to hear your’s and everybody’s good news. I am one of the last people in the stack so will be haunting this website more then most of you

Hey ZB always appreciate your analysis but I think your case might come in front of analyst or officer before you think because your case is RIR and the number in your analysis includes both RIR and no RIR (Isn't it?).
Secondly we all know , we have more Non-RIR cases then RIR. though BEC says that they want to keep pace same for both ques I think RIR will go more faster as these cases are easy to analyze and have less numbers than non-RIR.
For GCCOvet, I think we already heard few approvals from PHilly, one case with 2004 PD and another from 2002. As we know we all might be 3%-5% of total applicants for Labor Certifications, there will be more approvals than we know.

Although Zany's analysis is useful and we should thank him for that, I am not sure if it really reflects all cases like ones transferred from SWA. I think the database posted at flcdatacenter only had few percentage of cases that were in regional at some point in 2004. When they start forming real queue with all cases included, this may very well be far from reality.....Although I certainly hope we hear about our approvals soon, I am just trying to be closer to the reality.

Hey one more thought

As per previous email of the person who got approval with PD 05/01, the approval date was in March , almost a month back. So our ZB's case might be already approved by now. Isn't it?
I don't know I might be wrong.
Hey Icarus , cammon let us know which is the current PD date for RIR que.I think only you can shed some light on this.
Hey ZB just a request, don't stop leave this portal once you get approval, keep you analysis going ;)

This is not an exact science. It is only to give some hope thats all. All the speculation and the disappointments that follow are bound to hurt. Just wait and go thru the stages till you get GC. There is nothing that can be done.

Who knows 6 months from now, things may change as they normally do with the Immigration procedures

Could you give us the first two digits of XXXXX? Your case seems to be one of the latest cases to be entered at BECs based on 096. May be we could have some estimate to number of cases entered as of 96th day of 2005.

Thanks.

April 2001 PD

Dear All:

I am new to this, but have been reading your posts for a while. I have a PD of April 2001, got my 45 day letter in January, am from Louisiana and my case is in Dallas. I am patiently waiting as I know my case must be coming up soon, but I still haven't heard anything. As soon as I do I will let all of y'all know. I am non-rir.

Hi Zanny:

I heard from my lawyer's office they received two approvals today for regular(non RIR) PD Jan 2002 from Dallas.

My lawyer says BPC is not sending 45 day letters to everyone. They are sending approvals directly. He was not sure if RIRs got priority over basic applications. He thought it is FIFO rule.

Any comments??

My Friend's Case

OK after the recent notes here regarding my friend's I told him he should probably talk to his lawyer and see what's going on, since his case number indicates he should have gotten the letter some time ago. The lawyer got upset that my friend is "nagging", but my friend explained to the lawyer that the letter should have been received by now. The lawyer said he will follow up with the BEC and sent them an email.

We'll see if we get any response.

A couple of questions: 1. What can be done if based on a case like my friend, a letter is not received? Should he just wait or is there some course of action he might take to make sure his case doesn 't fall between the cracks (e.g. letter lost - no response received - case closed.)

2. Is it possible to get approval with no letter? If that's the case, then maybe the whole letter tracking is not worth the effort, but just tracking approvals by PD...

No...

NO,
this list is for RIR cases only.
If you search this forum, you will find the one I posted for Non-RIR

Thanks
