Custom Declaration form for landing

Hi,
Can anyone provide me a link to download the custom declaration form for landing. I want to write down the goods to follow list.
Also, everyone says that we should probably take 2 Cashiers cheques for $5000 each. Do we need this or will bank statements suffice?

There are several threads on this in the Landing Forum. You can see sample goods to follow documents from others. Regarding cashiers check too there are several threads on this matter. It comes down to personal preference if you feel bank statments are not "solid" proof of assets and the officer might question you for proof, then take cashiers check. It doesnt matter how you take the money. Just remember if you take more than 10K you have to declare thats all. I took one cashiers check and declared it no issue
