Currently on F1 but engaged and need to change status - Do I have to leave?

I am currently in the US on an F-1 Visa as a student. I am ingaged to my fiance and she is a US citizen. Is there any way I can apply for a change fo status to a K-1 visa? Do I have to leave the US to change my status?
 
NO! Just get married and file her I-130 CONCURRENTLY with your I-485, I-765, and I-131 along with all the evidence required. READ THE FORM INSTRUCTIONS.

She will also have to file an I-864 and show income is sufficient so you don't become a public charge. This can be filed at the same time or afterwards but you won't get agreencard without it. IF her income is insufficient, you can add yours once you get work authorization (if you don't already have it) OR she can try to get someone else to help her on the income aspect.
