Current TN status, new employer opportunity

hi all

i have an current TN2 visa, and have opportunity to change the employer,

this new job will paid less than old job, can be that an problem?

the new employer need fill I-129? or only with employment offer letter.

the consular office will request my tax return or w2?

I living in mexican side, i travel every morning to work in US,

many employer don't like fill I-129. its more expensive, it's not mandatory right?

the diference of salary its too much, 45k to 30k, can be it cuestioning?,

my current visa issued 2018 thru 2019. i dont have yet tax return or W2.
 
Since your employer doesn't want to do I-129 (it doesn't matter that you cross every day), then you need to go to consulate, with the same paperwork you went last time, nothing more, nothing less.
