I've changed my job and am still waiting for the H1 approval. But my previous H1 is valid for 2 more years and so my I94. Can I file I140 (EB1) and I485 cuncurrently or do I have to wait until I get the H1 approval?

---What do you mean by I-140 in EB-1? EB-1 is for extraordinary ability, you must submit the evidence to prove your extraordinary ability, lot of documentations, support letters awards in your field, EB-1 is very difficult and they are not going to approve EB-1 in 3-4 months time it needs to be presented with all the required evidence and it is not easy to fulfill the criteria for EB1, lawyer may have to draft a cover letter of 30-35 pages that writing your accomplishments and evidence submitted, not every lawyer is expert in O-1 visa or EB-1 petition, EB-1 can be self sponsored
