My Wife arrived today in her Immig Visa/GC. Im all excited! The immig officer who FP'ed her told her to expect physical card in 6 months. I doubt if it takes that long, but it remains to be seen
Very happy for you!

Congrats Rahul!

I am in a similar situation. I have my oath ceremony for naturalization on April 13th. I plan to go to India in May to file for my spouse's I-130. Rahul, when you went to India and stayed there for 60 days, did you have to quit your job here? Were there any issues regarding the affidavit of support? What documents did you attach with the affidavit of support? My manager would probably not let me go for 60 days without me quitting the job. Would that be a problem in providing an affidavit of support? I understand that the affidavit of support is valid for 60 days.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Thanks!

Mr. Rahul Congratulation on your wife Visa.
Now a days I am going throug the same situation that were been. I filed for my wife on 3/21/2005 at Delhi. After paying Fees we just received only yellow receipt and they took white with our address of india. Now my reallly concern is How do i know whats my file or case number and priority date?

on your wife experience you give us all the dates...so I want to know when did you received the priority date and your case number. Is it come with PK3 or then send it separatly. Could you please give us more information.

Also what if my wife dont received her PK3 within month? Is she need to go to Bombay to get her Pk3?
I am kind of confused what will happen next..Please Help me.
