yes i think so

people in the southern part of ct go to rochelle,ny also and some people has been given albany,ny.I have seen the ins site and it says there is only one center and that is hartford

today one of my friend with rd 11/28 received fp notice

My friend lives near hartford.she said that her fp date is around march 7th
