I got FP to attend in hartford CT. I am a March filer. Can I go for earlier?.

Got FP notice from a different SC.

I just got my FP notification from TSC which is different
from VSC where my I-485 was filed to. Is this normal or does
that mean that my case has been moved to TSC? Please help guys!
