They finally approved my application:

RD 12/2003 EB3 Sub LC
Concurrent 140/485/EAD/AP
EAD/AP/iEAD never issued for the 15 months
3/2005 140/485 approved

Finally, my I-140 got approved.
Got two mail just now.
EB3 , RD 03/03/04
RFE reply date - 02/18/05
Sustitute labor - PD 09/1999

RFE was for -
1) Ability to pay
2) Original education documents

Now waiting for I-485 approvals

Hi all,

Today i received mail from USCIS that my I140 was approved on March 16th.

Recent LC-sub 140 approvals - INFO NEEDED

Microdev, calgc2004, talkative,

Please provide following info:

(a) What's the PD on your I-140? Is it Original LC PD or I-140 RD date?

(b) Did you have "Original LC" or "Copy of LC" was used?

(c) Was I-140 ever approved on the LC substituted?

If yes, was that I-140 was for "Consular processing"

Please give these details as it helps us to see trend/delays in LC substitution cases.

Microdev/whereismycase,

You've mentioned that the 140 receipt date states no priority date. Did you talk to lawyers to understand what it means and what would be the PD?

Also, Talkative - since you had original LC - why did your company file with a copy? Did they lose it? Did you get any RFT on that.
