Confusion regarding dates

My lawyer said my receipt date is 09/28/01. The AVM says one date which is 09/30/01(which is actually a Sunday)before playing the 30-60 day message. Does that mean my RD is 09/28 and my ND is 09/30? My WAC is 01-299-XXXXX.

Anxiously waiting for the CSC dates to move.
 
The new JIT report is out

This sucks. CSC is moving very slowly.
I-140 A&B E1 - E2 07/26/01
I-140 C E1 - 3 09/07/01

I-140 E E - 3 09/12/01

Probably because of holidays.

Receipt date is the date that INS receives your application and Notice date is the date that your application is entered into the INS system. These freaks are just complicating it. Both the dates are anyway close to each other. Its strange that you have a ND of 09/30. It will be good if these people start working extra hours on weekends.

My I140 RD4/30/01,ND7/26,EB1 approved 1/07/02.Slavaizmos.

Firstly by telefon,after 4 days by mail to my adress.
My lawer doesnt have now anything.
 
I-140 applied ..

My RD is 01/07/02
     ND is 01/15/02

Lawyer says 30-60 days for approval is this true?

Also if I opt for CP, do I need PCC from US and India ? Where do i apply for those ? All answers/inputs welcome.

expect around 3-4 moths at the current rate.

For PCC go the indian consulate in your area. For example in SF consulate the process is cool. just takes a day if the Passport is issued at SF or 30 days if it is issued in India
At this point it is not clear about the PCC from india as well. But the consulate one is a must.
