Hey guys, do u have any idea about after receiving the green card for how long one should stay with the current employer?

I think attornies usually suggest 6 months. But it is upto you. I know people who left immediately and dont have any problems. Check with your attorney just to make sure.

on the actual notice
RD 8/9
ND 9/10

But on AVM it says
RD 9/7

IS it ok for the RD to be different?

Also I see a lot of other cases after the
working day # 243
(ie. WAC -01-243 - XXXXX )being appoved and have ND before this one ?
any idea why ND do not follow sequence?
 
Do any of you know...

how long does it take to receive the receipt from INS once your I140 application is filed with INS?
 
Any pending EB2 I-140s with ND 9/5, WAC-275-XXXXX

My ND is 9/5 still waiting. JIT report shows they are processing 9/6. Que, Karlk, Who cares, did any of you get approved this week?
