I saw bunch of EB2 Approvals after a long time.
Seems that INS is really making progress. May be we are next.

I have seen under CALIFORNIA service center, one guy was approved I140
EB2/RIR, RD:06/20/01, ND: 08/20/01 AD: 11/21/01, Good luck to every body

Still waiting on...

My I140 is approved on NOV26th, just heared on AVM.

Waiting still. Wanted to know if any EBI case have been approved close to these dates. EB1 has been moving slower than EB2 and EB3 - dunno why? Any news on this would help.

que, what do you think about ND: 09/25 wac 01-295-xxx ??it is 20 d after you.

Hope CSC doesn\'t go into its usual "pause" mode before getting to cases filed in Sep \'01..
