I have EB2 ND 8/10 #WAC01-254-***** as well. I hope I can hear some good news soon. It\'s been a long time, and I\'ve been very frustrated.

I am still waiting. But then we have one person here who says who got his with WAC01-254. This is strange.
 
Let me tell you whats strange

WAC-01-104... received an stupid RFE for Labor Cert (which they already had), copy sent in June , received in July, no response yet. Everytime we ask they say "Officer is working on it".
 
Another EB2 approved

I saw another posted approval of EB2 in CSC with RD: 8/10 under the I-140 discussion.
Seems that INS is really making progress.
