Yes as shown in my signature I got a LUD the same day I got the email saying an RFE has been sent on 5/5/5.
On 5/11/5 my lawyer received the RFE. That's how I know it is ability to pay.
This is also in my signature.

Expereince letters from the previous employers should have specified the titles, duties, position, from to date(not just mm/yyyy & it should be dd/mm/yyyy) and job duties.

485 approved in 18 days after 140 approval

I have one more question for you.
I'm going to prepare my 140 RFE response regarding previous experience letters. My LC job title is Alternative Media Specialist, but my previous job titles were Computer-Based Trainer and Computer Lab Assistant. Even though the titles are different, but the job duties and nature 90% the same. Since in the past there was no such a new title, it was just created about 4 years ago. Nowadays, some guys do the exact job, but different job title. My attorney is afraid that CIS may reject the RFE response due to the name of the job title.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this situation? Have to be the exact same job title even though the nature and duties are the same?

I want to share good news my I-140 is approved after repsonding to RFE.
It was approved on May 13th but email was sent on 16th May.
RFE was about some company legal documents.

Online status still says that this case is received. My attorney has informed me that its approved.

Received an RFE on March 11th 2005 asking for my W2 since priority date. Attroney responded the RFE on May 6th 2005 and the USCIS received it on May 9th (according to the fedex tracking number). But, still the online status does not change to " We have received your response for further evidence .......". It still has the old message saying " We have mailed you an request for evidence on march 10th".
Is that normal or I need to resend the RFE response once again. I was waiting everyday for the change of LUD and message but nothing happened so far. Can someone throw some light on this issue. How to proceed on it since the deadline for responding the RFE is till next weekend. Do I need to resend the response or shall I wait and see. Appreciate your valuable suggestions. Thanks.
