CSC I-485 **Approvals** in December 2004 and January 2005

My 140, 485 got approved

Hi guys,

140, 485 got approved for me and my wife as of yesterday. Here are the details:

EB3, I-140 RD - (1/25/2004), I-485 RD (3/31/2004) . One RFE on 140 (Dont know the details. lawyer sent the reply). CSC received on 11/21.

Lud changes on 140- 11/21, 12/24, 1/19/2005
Lud changes on 485 - 12/21, 1/19/2005

Labor applied on 8/2001, Approved on 8/2003.

Dint receive the approval forms yet.

WAC05045XXXXX approved

I am in :D / :( / :confused: mood.

WAC05045XXXXX RD 12/1/04, ND 12/6/04 APPROVED!! on 1/20/05.

Now, that is a record for CSC!

EB1-3 (L1-A based). I-140 was approved last July.

So why am I not 100% happy? Because they issued an RFE on my wife's I-485. She had applied along with me.

Oh, and still waing on the AP and EAD for both of us. (I guess AP is now irrelevant for me).

That was really really fast... does anyone know fi the L1 cases get a preference or not.

My 485 with RD 10/01 WAC05004xxxx is still with an LUD of 12/21 that too i think coz my EAD was approved on 12/22

I140 Applied in 04/2004 in both EB2 & EB3, EB3 one approved on 01/14/05
I485 Applied in 06/2004, approved on 01/21/05.
received EAD and AP in 07/04
FP done in 07/04
No rfe.

Have you recieved your approval letter ? How long did it take for you to recieve some letter from USCIS after any approval (EAD,AP,I-485 etc)

OK.I don't have the file on me now, but these are off by a day or two.
485/AP/EAD: receipt date 10/12/2004
Fingerprinting: 11/2004 (almost at end of month)
AP received: 12/22/2004 (may be a day/two off)
EAD Signature RFE:12/27/2004
EAD replied website update:01/12/2005
485 RFE Birth proof:12/29/2004 (day or two off)
485 RFE replied. website update: 01/24/2005
485 approved: 01/31/2005
EAD not approved until 01/31/2005 (i don't think they will process that anymore).

My wife's 485 was approved yesterday 02/03/05. RD 04/29/04.

My (primary) application was approved 01/03/05, RD 03/12/04.

Finally got the interview letter for this month.

It was so weird because from the time we sent it in until now we have only gotten word on two things

we sent it 8/04

notice to pick up EAD 10/04

notice for date and time of FP appt 11/04

Is it reasonable to expect that they might stamp my wife's passport on the day of the interview?

Hopefully you should hear the good news soon. right now May 8th, 140s are being processed. Another friend of mine with similar details received his 140. Good Luck.

Itshuman, congrats on your approval. Can you please advise me when you received your FP notice? My case is similar to yours (I140/485 RD was 06/25/04), however I still have not received a FP notice.

I am just hoping my I140 case will be picked up in few weeks. But I am worried why I have not got my FP notices till now.

Hi,
I received my FP notice in July ( i think 25/26th) 2004 and we did early FP on August 4th.

hope it helps.
 
Any approvals for June filers?
My 140/485 RD is June 30th 2004. LUD changed 485 on 01/12/2004. And no update on 140.
