i received the same 485 rfe and CSC RECEIVED IT ON 3/31/05 AND 18 DAYS AFTER I'M STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL....

WHEN DID CSC RECEIVE UR RFE! WHEN DID UR CASE GOT APPROVED!!

Details:

Labor filed as Software Engineer with MS + 2 years (I hold MSCS form US)
in EB2/RIR category by biggest Database company.

Original Labor Filed: July 2001
Got 1 or 2 State RFE: Lawyer replied (no details given)
DOL: REJECTS my Labor on Dec 15, 2003
Lawyer Appealed it saying decision is wrong, appeal is done with BALCA (some authority above DOL)
Appeal done in April 2004, In August 2004 BALCA asked DOL to send my case back to state.

Meanwhile,
I-140 applied with LABOR SUBSTITUTION in June 2004 (MS+1 year, PD:Jan 2002)

Due to policy improvement, company allowed to file I-1485 before I-140 approval.

I-148 Filed in Dec 2004, ND: Jan 4, 2005
I-140 approved in Feb 2005.

EAD/AP approved in Feb/March 2005.

I-485 approval email received on June 15, 2005 (approved on June 14, 2005)

I485 Tracker for already approved I140 cases

I have added a tracker to track all I485 pending cases no matter when they were applied, at the following link.

I saw couple of other threads related to I485 tracking but they are specific to cases filed in particular months (e.g. Dec 2004). Whereas the purpose of this thread is to build all I485 pending cases data at single place because once we reach I485 stage, case seniority is no longer matters, especially if we are stuck in FBI Name Check etc.

So please take a moment to add your cases at the above track.

If there is any other such tracker already available which I missed, then someone please point me to that link so that I will delete this newly created thread.

What is your PD, if you applied LC in Nov 2001, the PD should be Nov 2001, since EB3 is retrogressed and the date is 1999, wonder how the 485 of PD Nv 2001 got approved, please provide the details
